Description

Three layers of vanilla sponge, soaked with liquor, with two layers of mascarpone custard and fresh strawberry slices. The cake is then finished with fresh cream on top, and crushed white chocolate around the sides and decorated with fresh strawberries and choux pastry puffs.

Decorations for 20ppl cakes  onward will vary.
