Mini vanilla custard filled choux pastry puffs dipped in chocolate. These are then placed around the edge of a puff pastry base . 1 layer of Vanilla custard is piped inside the base pastry layer. This is then topped with a layer of vanilla sponge soaked in liquor. Finally, 3 types of creams are piped into the centre (cream flavours are dependent on availability). The St Honre is decorated with chocolate flakes and strawberries –writting on a plaque (additional).
