Description

Three layers of chocolate sponge soaked with liquor, with two layers of chocolate custard, fresh cream and sour cherries. The black forest is finished with fresh cream, strawberries and crushed milk chocolate around the sides– writing on a plaque.

Decorations for 20ppl cakes  onward will vary.
