Our team creates appetizing cakes which are available on a daily basis.

Tortes
A variety of traditional tortes, filled with custard and finished with fresh cream.

Continental Torte- Three layers of vanilla sponge, soaked with liquor, with one layer of vanilla custard and a layer of chocolate custard, finished with fresh cream on top, and crushed almonds around the sides.

Strawberry Mascarpone Torte- Three layers of vanilla sponge, soaked with liquor, with two layers of mascarpone custard and fresh strawberry slices, finished with fresh cream on top, and crushed white chocolate around the sides.

Tiramisu Torte- Two layers of chocolate and two vanilla sponge soaked with coffee liquor, with three layers of Tiramisu custard, finished with fresh cream and crushed milk chocolate around the sides.

Black Forest Torte- Three layers of chocolate sponge soaked with liquor, with two layers of chocolate custard, fresh cream and sour cherries, finished with fresh cream, strawberries and crushed milk chocolate around the sides.

Vanilla Torte- Three layers of vanilla sponge, soaked with liquor, with two layers of vanilla custard, finished with fresh cream on top, and crushed almonds around the sides.

Chocolate Torte- Three layers of chocolate sponge, soaked with liquor, with two layers of chocolate custard, finished with fresh cream on top, and crushed milk chocolate around the sides.

Vanilla and Strawberry Torte- Three layers of vanilla sponge, soaked with liquor, with two layers of vanilla custard and fresh strawberry slices, finished with fresh cream on top, and flaked almonds around the sides.

Mud Cakes
Decadent and moist mud cakes made from the finest quality ingredients.

Chocolate Mud Cake- A rich and moist chocolate mud cake.

Chocolate and Vanilla Mud Cake- Chocolate and vanilla mud cake with a two-tone swirl through the centre.

Marble Mud cake- Vanilla, Chocolate and Strawberry mud cake, with a three- tone swirl through the centre.

Cheesecakes
Our famous creamy baked cheesecakes to suit all tastes

Lemon Cheesecake- Baked lemon cheesecake in a short pastry base.

Blueberry Cheesecake- Baked blueberry cheesecake in a short pastry base.

Coldset Cheesecakes are also available if preordered one week prior. Flavours include:
Passionfruit, Raspberry, Strawberry, Blueberry and Choc-chip.

Chocolate Cakes
A variety of chocolate cakes for all chocolate lovers.

Chocolate Ganache Torte - Three layers of chocolate buttercake with fine hazelnut and walnut pieces, two layers of a lightened chocolate ganache, finished with dark chocolate ganache and roasted flaked almonds around the sides.

Double Chocolate Mouse - Three layers of chocolate sponge, with one layer of chocolate mousse, one layer of vanilla mousse, and finished with a rich chocolate ganache.

Mortal Sin - A decadent chocolate cake with a chocolate biscuit base, a layer of cheese cake, a layer of chocolate mousse, a layer of white chocolate mousse, and finished with a dusting of cocoa powder.

Sacher Torte - A dense chocolate cake with layers of apricot jam, finished with a coating of the highest quality chocolate and dried apricots on top.

Other Cakes

Orange and Poppyseed Torte- Three layers of dense orange and poppyseed sponge, soaked with grand manier liquor, with two layers of cream cheese fudge, finished with fudge and poppyseeds.

Ricotta Pie- Sweet ricotta and citron mix in a short pastry base and lid.

Red Velvet- Three layers of maraschino cherry sponge with two layers of cream cheese fudge, finished with fudge on top.

Carrot cake- A dense carrot cake finished with cream cheese fudge on top and crushed walnuts around the sides.

Profiterole- Mini choux pastry puffs, filled with vanilla custard, dipped in chocolate ganache and shaped in a tower, dusted with icing sugar and decorated with fresh cream rosettes and strawberries.

Bianco Nero- Mini choux pastry puffs filled with zabajone fresh cream, rolled in gianduia (chocolate and hazelnut) fresh cream finished with chocolate flakes and dusted with icing sugar.

Millefoglie- Three layers of flaky puff pastry, with two layers of vanilla custard, finished with icing sugar on top. (Also available with fresh cream on top and piped around the sides)

Croquenbouche- Mini choux pastry puffs filled with vanilla custard, dipped in toffee and shaped in a tower, with toffee dipped strawberry decorations.

St Honre- Mini choux pastry puffs filled with vanilla custard, dipped in chocolate, sitting around a puff pastry base, topped with a layer of sponge rounded with coffee, chocolate and fresh cream, finished with chocolate shaving and strawberries.

To ensure your cake is ready and available for you, please place an order by contacting the store on 9744 2247, and speak to one of our friendly team members. We usually require a minimum of 2-3 days notice for traditional cakes as listed above, but for our specialty cakes, we need a minimum of two weeks.
